Doc Whiskey was born out of the desire to present bourbon in its purest form with a touch of history. From still, to barrel, to bottle, the product is never cut and never filtered.

Our bourbon begins with a mash build up of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, and is then aged for over 3 years.

Being a single barrel, cask strength bourbon, each barrel of Doc Whiskey will have its own unique strength and alcohol by volume percentage.
